Job Title: FF&E Procurement Agent
Location: Dundalk (4 days per week) & Newry (1 day per week)
Salary: €50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Travel: International travel required (5-10 trips per year)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FF&E Procurement Agent to join a dynamic and fast-paced procurement team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both Ireland and Northern Ireland, with regular international travel to engage with global suppliers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on production capacity, quality standards, and financial stability
  • Manage RFQs and oversee tender processes to secure competitive pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international manufacturing partners
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinate control samples to ensure quality and design standards are met
  • Oversee logistics, including international shipping and last-mile delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate installation and project execution
  • Maintain detailed procurement records, trackers, and reporting documentation
  • Conduct market research through trade shows and supplier visits to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

  • Previous experience in FF&E procurement, manufacturing, or a similar buying role
  • Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain operations
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail
