Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow

Hours: 39 hours per week

Pay Rate / Salary: From €43,283 per annum

We are recruiting two Senior Supervisors to join a Day Services team in Bray. This Senior Supervisor role is ideal for an experienced Social Care professional with leadership experience who is passionate about supporting autistic individuals to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Key duties:

• Support autistic individuals according to their person-centred plans and care plans
• Supervise and manage staff within the service
• Manage team rotas
• Lead and chair meetings
• Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care
• Promote community participation and development of new skills
• Support individuals to understand their rights and make informed decisions
• Work flexible shifts on a rota basis, including driving service vehicles where required

Essential criteria:

• Degree in Social Care/Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant Level 8 qualification (or recognised equivalent)
• At least one year's recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting people with complex needs
• Leadership and supervisory experience, including rota management and leading meetings
• Full current driving license.
