Location: Banbridge

Pay Rate: £15.00-20.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Full-time

Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is recruiting experienced Welder/Fabricators for full-time positions, with both day and night shifts available.

The successful Welder/Fabricators will manufacture and assemble components to the required specifications while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabricate and weld components in accordance with technical specifications

· Read and accurately interpret fabrication and assembly drawings

· Follow approved welding procedures and production instructions

· Complete welding, cutting, grinding and finishing tasks

· Use grinders, hand plasma cutters and other fabrication tools safely

· Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards

· Identify and report defects, equipment issues or production concerns

· Maintain an organised, safe and efficient working area

· Follow all company health and safety procedures

· Work effectively to meet production targets and deadlines

· Collaborate with colleagues across the manufacturing team

· Participate in training and development aligned with company standards

Essential Criteria

Applicants should have:

· Previous experience as a Welder, Fabricator or Welder/Fabricator

· Practical knowledge of welding procedures and their application

· The ability to read and understand fabrication and assembly drawings

· Experience using grinders, hand plasma cutters and other workshop tools

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

· Good organisational and time-management skills

· A reliable approach with strong attendance and timekeeping

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills

· Flexibility to work the available day or night shift pattern

Previous pipe fabrication experience would be advantageous.
