We are seeking a motivated and proactive Risk & Assurance Advisor to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a health and safety professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, driving continuous improvement, and making a real impact across a diverse range of sites and projects throughout Ireland.

In this varied role, you'll have the opportunity to influence safety culture, support compliance initiatives, conduct audits and site visits, and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting site audits and engagement visits across operational locations.
• Supporting accident and incident investigations and identifying preventative measures.
• Providing practical health, safety, and environmental advice to site teams.
• Monitoring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
• Supporting ISO 45001 audit activities and continuous improvement programmes.
• Building strong relationships with operational teams to drive positive safety outcomes.
• Assisting with reporting, performance monitoring, and management system development.
• Liaising with external stakeholders, regulators, and customers where required.
• Contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance operational excellence and safety performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent)
• UCD Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent)
• A passion for promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Republic of Ireland

Desirable

• 2-3 years' experience in a Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Assurance role
• Full clean | Driving licence
