Job description
We are currently recruiting for Reception / Front of House / Facilities Coordinator on behalf of our clients across North Dublin and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for professional and customer-focused individuals seeking temporary work with immediate start opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a professional front-of-house and reception service
- Welcoming visitors and managing visitor sign-in procedures
- Answering and directing telephone and email enquiries
- Coordinating meeting rooms and office facilities
- Supporting day-to-day facilities and administrative operations
- Ensuring the reception and communal areas are maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, or Facilities Coordination
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate
