Job description

We are currently recruiting for multiple Administrative opportunities within a fast-paced and growing retail and distribution environment. These roles support several operational departments, including stock control, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, and ERP administration.

Stock & Warehouse Administrator, ERP & Operations Administrator, Purchasing Administrator

Stock & Warehouse Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse transfers.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and update internal systems promptly.

  • Liaise closely with warehouse management, logistics teams, transport providers, and operational departments.

  • Process stock transfers and dispatch documentation between warehouse locations.

  • Manage supplier returns administration and customer/courier collection documentation.

  • Generate barcodes and support stock management activities.

  • Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with stocktake preparation and reporting.

  • Perform general warehouse administration and reporting duties.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within stock control, warehouse, or logistics environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good numerical and analytical skills.

Purchasing Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and monitor outstanding supplier orders.

  • Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

  • Maintain and update product information, pricing, specifications, packaging details, and system records.

  • Coordinate special orders and inbound stock transfers.

  • Support stock control and purchasing operations through reporting and administration.

  • Manage after-sales queries, warranty claims, damaged goods, and discrepancies.

  • Generate payment documentation and assist with supplier account administration.

  • Liaise with internal departments including sales, accounts, customer service, and marketing.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate purchasing compliance documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in purchasing, administration, retail operations, or supply chain support.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and supplier relationship management abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong numeracy and reporting skills.

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to work.

ERP & Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and transition to new ERP and stock management systems.

  • Assist with warehouse and store stocktakes, including preparation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and operational reporting for management teams.

  • Liaise with project managers and cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

  • Assist in developing and improving company-wide operational processes.

  • Support logistics, supply chain, and warehouse administration functions.

  • Monitor stock accuracy and maintain up-to-date operational records.

  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support across operational departments.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, logistics, supply chain, ERP systems, or warehouse operations.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • ERP system experience is advantageous.

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
