Site Engineer

My client, is seeking to hire a Site Engineer in Kilkenny who will deliver high-quality projects working closely with the PM and on-site teams.

Location: Based in Kilkenny. Travel to sites across the Southeast may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reading and checking site drawings and plans

• Setting out work on site using GPS and Total Station

• Working with site supervisors and subcontractors

• Checking that work meets quality and company standards

• Writing reports and updates for the project team

• Helping keep the site safe, organised, and productive

Requirements

• Experience using GPS and Total Station for setting out

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar civil engineering role

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a similar field
• Basic skills in AutoCAD and computers
• Experience with water infrastructure projects is helpful
• A full manual Irish driving licence
