Head of Operations

HEAD OF OPERATIONS | DUBLIN | PERMANENT

A well-established and expanding organisation is partnering with us to appoint a Head of Operations to lead a complex service and supply chain operation based in Dublin.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for end-to-end operational performance across delivery operations, customer operations, warehousing, and logistics. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery within a performance-driven environment.

THE ROLE|

This role is best suited to a leader who thrives in complex operational environments where structure, data, and execution must work smoothly together.

You will drive operational excellence through data-led decision-making, continuous process improvement, and strong KPI management. It requires hands-on leadership across delivery, warehouse, and service operations, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and maintaining high standards of commercial performance, service delivery, and inventory control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Lead teams across delivery operations, customer service, and warehousing
• Ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery from order intake through fulfilment and execution
• Drive KPI performance across productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Conduct baseline audits of operational performance and reporting accuracy
• Implement lean process improvements
• Standardise communication and workflow across operational functions
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and lead high-performing teams across both office-based and delivery environments

ABOUT YOU|

• 10+ years' experience in senior operations, supply chain, or service delivery leadership
• Strong background managing multi-site, hybrid (delivery and office) teams
• Experience in operational environments with strong technical or logistical complexity
• Proven ability to drive KPI improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimisation
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with operational data
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership presence
