Maintenance Officer

Our client Northern Ireland Housing Executive, requires a Maintenance Officer located in Antrim.

Role: Maintenance Officer

Rate of Pay: £16.90

Location: Antrim

Hours: Monday-Friday - 37 hrs per week

Duration: Temp Ongoing

Operational Responsibilities

• Carrying out day to day inspections of properties and issuing out repair works. Change of Tenancy Inspections. Reviewing of completed works and inspecting for payment of works. Dealing with Contractors and Tenants on a daily basis along with other various stakeholder

Requirement

• A degree and one years experience working in industry

• 3 yrs experience working in industry
