Onsite Account Specialist - Dungannon

Location: Dungannon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
OTE: £32,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an Onsite Account Specialist to join our team in Dungannon. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment, account management or onsite workforce experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support client requirements, manage candidate onboarding and compliance, and provide ongoing support to temporary workers while delivering excellent service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Candidate Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of client roles, workforce requirements, culture and assignment durations
  • Source and recruit candidates for roles across the client account in line with resourcing KPIs
  • Coordinate and deliver effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Interview and skills-assess candidates against specific role requirements
  • Register candidates in line with legal, ethical and company compliance standards
  • Deliver client-specific training where required, including inductions and manual handling
  • Issue onboarding documents, assignment briefing forms and handbooks
  • Support achievement of KPIs set by the Account Manager or Line Manager

Client and Account Support

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to deliver innovative recruitment and service solutions
  • Support service reviews with clients, including manpower planning and service improvement recommendations
  • Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs
  • Prepare and provide management information and client reports as required
  • Issue client satisfaction surveys and support timely implementation of improvements
  • Manage client feedback effectively and respond to issues in a professional manner

Temporary Worker Support

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and temporary workers to identify concerns and resolve issues
  • Keep worker and employee records accurate and fully up to date
  • Help ensure workers are paid correctly and on time, including organising weekly payroll clinics
  • Provide support and guidance to temporary workers on matters such as absence and performance management
  • Carry out appraisals and worker reviews where applicable
  • Conduct investigation meetings in relation to complaints or workplace issues
  • Issue candidate satisfaction surveys

Compliance and Administration

  • Ensure all operations are fully compliant with company policies, legal requirements and ethical standards
  • Comply with company and statutory health and safety requirements
  • Ensure quality audits are completed and maintained on a monthly basis
  • Support client ethical and customer audits when requested
  • Maintain strong administrative standards across all onsite processes and systems

Essential Criteria

  • At least 6 months' experience in recruitment, onsite recruitment or account management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment
  • Stable work history
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent
  • Full clean driving licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience conducting disciplinary or grievance meetings
  • Business Administration Level 3 qualification
  • Experience supporting temporary workers within an onsite or high-volume recruitment setting
