OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR | DUBLIN 2 | PERMANENT
Our client, based in Dublin 2, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

THE ROLE|
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the division with a wide range of administrative duties while providing updates to internal teams and customers via phone and email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing updates via phone and email while delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain and update internal systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Support documentation and administrative processes, including invoicing
REQUIREMENTS|
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment, ideally coordinating customer orders
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional phone manner and strong email etiquette
- Strong IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service levels
