Technical Administrator, Craigavon (Temporary role)

Job Details

Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 5pm, 40 hours weekly

Confident and proficient administrator required to provide technical support to the company.

Undertaking tasks and duties associated with supplier assurance, raw material requirements and the labelling of products for market.

Key Duties

• To ensure quality standards are maintained to customer expectations.
• To manage & conduct training as per site requirements
• To conduct on-line quality control checks
• To conduct quality checks on incoming materials
• To conduct daily quality panels / log and report quality issues to the team
• To conduct sample collection & delivery to customers
• To complete online paperwork verification checks
• To manage daily/weekly/monthly factory paperwork archive
• To conduct temperature monitoring checks / trials
• To maintain food safety with the control of miscellaneous equipment (e.g., Plasters, cable ties, pens, markers, ear defenders etc.)
• To provide support (including process controls) to production
• To deal with any production queries as they arise for the site.
• To conduct pre-production swabbing checks - Allergen rapid and ATP
• To manage the site training matrix & identify training requirements.
• To conduct ongoing training including procedure updates & relevant team briefs
• Any other duties as required.

Criteria

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people (internal and external) across all levels
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Must be flexible
• Literacy and numeracy skills
