Location: Belfast City Centre
Contract: Part-Time - 20 Hours Per Week
Salary: £25,500 Pro Rata
Working Pattern: Office-Based (5 Days Per Week - Flexible Hours)

Marketing Project Administrator to support the delivery of a cross-border PEACEPLUS funded skills project.

This is a part-time administrative role based in Belfast City Centre, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong compliance, reporting and coordination skills, particularly within funded or structured project environments.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager (Delivery), the Marketing Project Administrator will support the smooth and compliant administration of the PEACEPLUS funded project, ensuring all documentation, reporting and coordination activities meet funding and audit requirements.

This role requires precision, organisation and strong administrative capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support administration of the PEACEPLUS funded project in line with compliance guidelines
  • Assist with JEMS reporting and project documentation submissions
  • Maintain accurate project records to audit standard
  • Support coordination of training activities and staff engagement
  • Assist with procurement processes and ensure documentation compliance
  • Coordinate project events including logistics, venues and communications
  • Support financial tracking and reporting requirements
  • Provide general administrative and project support as required

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working on publicly funded or cross-border projects
  • Familiarity with JEMS or similar grant reporting systems
  • Experience supporting training coordination or event delivery
