Location: Belfast
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 (OTE £31,500)
Working Pattern: Office-based during probation, hybrid working available thereafter

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing strategy in a fast-paced, brand-centric environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged and rewarded.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support growth across recruitment campaigns, events, and all brand initiatives - helping to drive engagement, build our presence and deliver measurable impact across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the delivery of digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on SEO optimisation.
  • Design and execute digital campaigns (including email marketing and paid advertising) to promote recruitment initiatives, events, and brand activities.
  • Measure performance and report on ROI, optimising campaigns based on actionable insights.
  • Monitor and manage Staffline's online reputation across review platforms, Google and social media channels.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance across digital and communication channels.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders, recommending improvements.
  • Create engaging digital content aligned with our brand and audience behaviours.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across departments and locations.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - able to tailor tone and message to different audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management/analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and employee engagement.

Desirable

  • Proven graphic design ability.
