About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients and support their families. You will assist with personal care, ward duties, and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, maintaining confidentiality and promoting teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients with daily personal care
• Assist nursing staff with ward duties
• Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality
• Promote teamwork and patient safety
• Comply with Trust policies, health & safety, and equality standards

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) including English and Maths
• Proof of MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations
• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant in UK healthcare
• Right to work in UK
• Willingness to undergo Access NI checks
• Access to reliable transport is beneficial
