Maintenance Officer - Newtownabbey

Location: Newtownabbey
Hours: 37 per week
Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Contract: Temporary

About the Role:
The Maintenance Officer will support NIHE's South Antrim Area Team by carrying out day-to-day property inspections and liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure maintenance works are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance inspections
* Complete Change of Tenancy and PLIC inspections
* Communicate with contractors and tenants
* Support day-to-day maintenance activity

Essential Criteria:
* Degree i.e Construction Management with one year's relevant practical experience (maintenance, inspections, housing stock, contractors), or three years' relevant experience
* Intermediate IT skills
* Basic Access NI clearance
