Location: Lanyon Place, Belfast
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Pay Rate 23.37 per hour
* Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

About the Role:
The Contract and Performance Manager will support contract monitoring and performance management within the Asset Management Directorate, focusing on planned maintenance programmes. This role supports the delivery of effective monitoring, reporting and governance arrangements to ensure contracts are delivered in line with NIHE policies, procedures and agreed performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination and monitoring of planned maintenance contracts
* Assist with performance management, KPI monitoring and reporting
* Provide contract advice and guidance to internal teams
* Collate management information, audit responses and FOI information
* Support risk management, reporting processes and continuous improvement
* Contribute to training, meetings and working groups as required
Essential Criteria:
* Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience
* Chartered status or commitment to achieving relevant professional membership
* Minimum of five years' construction industry experience, including KPI management
* Experience in at least two areas of contract management, advice, training or procurement
* Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Driving licence or access to suitable transpor
