The Opportunity

Working across diverse industries, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of service throughout the insurance lifecycle.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing insurer & client relationships

  • Negotiating, placing and reporting across renewals, MTAs & new business

  • Ensuring cover accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

  • Keeping accurate client files and system records

  • Producing high-quality documentation and proposals

  • Supporting Account Executives & Directors with meetings and client work

  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell

  • Contributing to team and business growth targets

About You

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

Essential:

  • Commercial and Corporate broking experience
  • Strong knowledge across commercial insurance product classes
  • Client-focused approach & great communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail & strong documentation skills
  • IT proficient (Acturis experience desirable)
  • Proactive, resilient and collaborative attitude

Desirable:

  • Cert CII (or studying towards)
