The Opportunity
Working across diverse industries, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of service throughout the insurance lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing and developing insurer & client relationships
Negotiating, placing and reporting across renewals, MTAs & new business
Ensuring cover accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Keeping accurate client files and system records
Producing high-quality documentation and proposals
Supporting Account Executives & Directors with meetings and client work
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
Contributing to team and business growth targets
About You
We'd like to hear from you if you have:
Essential:
- Commercial and Corporate broking experience
- Strong knowledge across commercial insurance product classes
- Client-focused approach & great communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail & strong documentation skills
- IT proficient (Acturis experience desirable)
- Proactive, resilient and collaborative attitude
Desirable:
- Cert CII (or studying towards)
