Pay Rates:
£12.21 per hour
This is a temporary ongoing role for 6-8 weeks.

As a receptionist at our client`s Dunman site, you will undertake a key front-of-house role, assuming an important position within our wider Customer Services team. This role will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and transferring calls, and you will be the first point of contact for any inbound customer complaints. Once received, you will also be responsible for liaising with internal quality teams to follow the complaint through to resolution.
We are looking for a confident candidate who will approach the role with both positivity and professionalism, and who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have exceptional telephone manner and the ability to form relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a busy environment, and so the successful candidate will clearly possess strong administration skills, and will demonstrate the ability to resolve queries in a logical and rational manner.
The ideal candidate may also be required to assist in other customer service duties as and when required, so a flexible approach is key. Full training being provided.
You must be computer literate with a minimum of 1 years' experience within a receptionist or other relevant customer support role. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable but not essential.
