Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a leading supplier of workwear and PPE. This is a fantastic opportunity further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Sales Support Executive will be the main administrative support for the Sales team and help speed up the sales process and the customer's journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, maximising their productivity and their ability to sell.
• Gather and maintain up to date information about target accounts and sectors in which the company operates.
• Provide the data sets of prospects in outbound email campaigns.
• Processing sales orders.
• Liaising with customers regarding accounts & deliveries.
• Telephone and email enquiries.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Commercial experience, preferably in an Administrative or Sales Support role
• Some experience in the use of a CRM system
• Previous experience of handling inbound calls for transfer to colleagues
• Ability to research information from websites
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional and courteous phone manner
• Strong multi-tasking ability

The Rewards

The successful Sales Support Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.

Location

The Sales Support Executive role will be based in Newry.
