Customer Service Co-ordinator
At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking an experienced customer service oriented candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment to take up a 6 month contract with our client located in Dublin 24.
This position will be based in this organisation's Dublin 24 office and will pay a salary in the region of €35,000.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as one point of contact for the customer, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing all service events and quality incidents as reported by customers or colleagues logged either by telephone or email.
- Dealing with all written or verbal requests from the customers (enquiries, complaints, etc).
- Ensuring prompt response by remote support team
- Scheduling of engineer's workload in line with customer's entitlement.
- Maintaining engineer's diaries and updating system to manage on-site incidents effectively.
- Managing the relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Runs reports and identifies solutions for any issues that occur.
- Ensuring structured and high-quality communication with suppliers and third-party providers.
- Providing contract information upon request by the customer.
- Managing exceptions and special cases.
- Providing customers with solutions when problems arise, efficiently utilizing resources where needed.
- Contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Taking part in project-based activities within the process.
- Fulfilling any other tasks or duties as required.
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer relationships, resource planning, supply chain or logistics departments.
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office package required.
- Strong customer focus.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise.
- Excellent telephone manner and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong inter-personal skills and a good team player.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Self-motivated.
- Self-confident and ability to take initiative and make decisions.
