Sales Coordinator

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to sales team during travelling
• Support sales team with orders from receipt until shipping
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers if needed
• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and order details
• Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting
• Liaise with external sales representatives to support their activities
• Work closely with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Assist in organising promotional campaigns and events
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• 2 years in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments preferred.
• Knowledge of sales processes and administrative tasks
• Excellent customer relations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in camera manufacture or similar industry
• Experience with international customer base
• Experience with managing customer relationships (internal & External)
