Job Title: Marketing Executive

Department: Corporate Affairs / Marketing
Contract Type: Temporary - 6 months
Reports To: Head of Internal Communications

Location - Dublin

40 hrs p/w - Monday to Friday.

Work from home - 2 days per week

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Financial Services Marketing Team.

As part of one of Ireland's most recognisable financial services brands, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns, thought leadership programmes, events, sponsorship and partnerships, social media activity, research, and expert-led content marketing. Your work will help drive the firm's business development and communications objectives.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is passionate about impactful marketing, and is committed to fostering inclusive practices.

Working closely with the team, the successful candidate will also assist with internal processes, including budget management, briefing coordination, and supporting initiatives that enhance our clients brand visibility and activation in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Activation

  • Assist in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.

Agency & Supplier Coordination

  • Prepare detailed briefs for design and event partners.

  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure the timely execution of campaign elements.

  • Support procurement processes and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation.

  • Process invoices and maintain financial documentation in line with company policies.

  • Assist with quarterly and annual budgeting cycles.

Event Management

  • Support the planning and execution of customer, partner, and internal events.

  • Coordinate logistics, venue sourcing, attendee communications, and post-event analysis.

  • Ensure all events reflect brand values and are inclusive and accessible.

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist in tracking campaign performance using relevant analytic tools.

  • Contribute to post-campaign reviews and insights to support ongoing improvement.

Collaboration & Culture

  • Work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and wider business areas.

  • Promote inclusive marketing practices and help foster a culture of belonging and respect.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and proactively share ideas to elevate our marketing approach.

Role Requirements

  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Excellent attention to detail
