Health & Safety Manager

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is proud to partner with our client who is working for a global brand, based at Dublin 8, to recruit a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager for this key site leadership role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-performing operation where you will play a central part in promoting a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) initiatives across all site operations.

• Carry out daily safety walks, engage with staff, and proactively identify and control workplace risks.

• Advise and support the site management team to ensure compliance, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and task-specific training to strengthen knowledge and safe behaviours.

• Support the Group Risk Manager with insurance, fleet risk, training, and wider prevention strategies.

• Conduct incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Work closely with client safety teams, contractors, and Staffline colleagues to maintain shared health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Health & Safety qualification (Level 7+, NEBOSH, NISO or equivalent).

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar H&S role within logistics, manufacturing, or a fast-paced operational environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to promote a positive safety culture.

• Proven ability to build trust, engage teams, and drive behavioural improvements.

• Knowledge of environmental management and compliance frameworks.
