Property Valuation Surveyor (Hybrid) - North Louth

A leading property firm in Dundalk is seeking an experienced Property Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a varied valuation role within a supportive and established practice.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of residential and commercial valuations while supporting the wider agency team. This position requires strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality professional work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete valuations across residential, commercial, development, and agricultural properties
• Deliver the full suite of valuation services including:
  • Red Book valuations
  • Portfolio valuations
  • Lender/financial institution instructions
  • Probate, Family Law & Fair Deal valuations
  • Part V valuations
• Manage all stages of the valuation process, from instruction and inspection to reporting
• Ensure all documentation, Terms of Engagement, and reports are accurate and compliant
• Maintain regular communication with clients, clerks, and internal teams
• Monitor and achieve personal KPIs and goals
• Identify cross-selling or referral opportunities within the business
• Ensure compliance with SCSI/RICS/IPAV standards and uphold best professional practices
• Keep digital records up to date and utilise provided technology systems
• Maintain personal CPD hours in accordance with professional body requirements

Requirements

• Membership of SCSI / RICS / IPAV (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential/commercial valuations
• Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
