Waste Operative | Environmental Waste

Location: Wexford | Contract: Temporary with potential to extend | Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm | Onsite

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Waste Operative to join our growing Waste Division. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic client site as part of a supportive and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onsite waste collections and ensure correct segregation in line with regulations

• Safely arrange the shipment of waste to treatment centres

• Carry out loading and unloading of materials

• Maintain accurate waste inventory records

• Plan and register waste removal in accordance with site requirements

• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Keep the workplace organised and tidy

• Work closely with internal teams to support efficient contract management

Skills and Experience:

• Safe Pass certification

• Forklift Licence

• ADR Licence for packages and tankers (desirable)

• Experience in loading tankers (training provided if required)

• Minimum of two years' driving experience

• Experience working in hazardous environments
