Hourly Rate:

National Minimum Wage (in line with current government rates)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Packaging Assistant to support our growing online skincare business. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and packaging skincare products for customer orders, ensuring every parcel meets our high standards of presentation and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and label skincare products for online customer orders

• Ensure all items are packaged securely and beautifully in line with brand standards

• Check order accuracy before dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Monitor packaging materials and restock supplies when needed

• Assist with incoming stock and basic inventory control

• Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (for printing labels or tracking orders) are helpful but not essential

• Previous experience in packaging, retail, or e-commerce fulfilment is desirable but full training will be provided
