Viewer/Sales Negotiator
Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Viewer/Sales Negotiator on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Viewer/Sales Negotiator will be a vital member of the team engaging in a range of different activities within the Resales & New Homes departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and assistant the Resales Team with property enquiries, viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, reporting and servicing out existing clients from initial enquiry.
- Negotiating new property sales through to completion along with any administrative duties required to support the office.
- Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
- 2 Years Experience working within a property environment
- Significant relevant experience
- Minimum 2 GCSES (A* - C) in Maths and English
- Full clean UK driving license
- Proficiency in ICT
