What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive profitability across a variety of exciting projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and detailed cost reviews.
• Provide expert cost and value engineering insights during all project phases.
• Analyse and review contract documentation-identify risks, spot opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best deals.
• Manage the procurement and appointment of subcontractors.
• Prepare valuations, price variations, and support commercial reporting.
• Visit sites to assess progress and costs and keep clients in the loop.
• Be a key player in meetings, project reviews, and dispute resolution.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience (fit out or construction sector).
• A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying OR equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial acumen and budget control experience.
• A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT.
• Experience in the retail sector is a big plus!
