Vehicle Electrician

Our client has a vacancy for a Vehicle Electrician at their site in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

The Role

As a Vehicle Electrician, you will

• Carry out work of servicing, repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Test, diagnose faults and rectify defects on vehicle systems
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns
• Maintain service records and forward same to designated officer.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles on which you are working, and the workshop and surrounding areas.

Experience necessary:

• A relevant qualification in Vehicle Maintenance with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant trade or discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' experience of carrying out maintenance on a range of heavy vehicles
• Evidence of the ability to maintain records; possess good communication skills and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems e.g. CAN-system and Ad-blue systems
• Full driver's licence

Hours of work for the Vehicle Electrician:

• Mon - Fri 37hrs per week

In Return:

• £16.50 per hr
• 35 days holidays per year
