Valuer
Staffline Ireland are recruiting on behalf of a leading Estate Agent for a Valuer. As a Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuations of properties for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Winning new Instructions predominantly in the Resale market, however it may include individual site sales, development land and New Homes
- Viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Managing contracts
- Reporting and servicing clients from initial enquiry through to completion
- Prioritise workload and time in a professional and efficient manner
- Ability to generate new business leads
- Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
- 3 years' experience as a Valuer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment
- Flexibility and commitment are required for this role due to the nature of this work
- Clean, current valid UK Driving Licence is essential
