As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive property surveys and valuations.
• Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports.
• Provide expert advice on property conditions and market value.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Residential Surveyor.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
