Team Leader - Health & Social Care

Location: Belfast, Lisburn, Holywood
Salary: £33,000-£37,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week (3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends)
Contract: Permanent - Daytime or Waking Nights

We're recruiting Team Leaders to join a well-established health and social care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for experienced care professionals ready to take the next step.

About the Team Leader role As a Team Leader, you'll guide and supervise Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred care. You'll ensure care plans are followed, promote best practice, and support your team's development.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead, support, and motivate your care team

· Implement care plans and promote independence

· Maintain compliance and quality standards

· Support training and staff performance

· Liaise with families and professionals

What we're looking for:

· Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete within 6 months)

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a social care setting

· At least 6 months' experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge

· GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent

· Confident IT user

· Compassionate, organised, and team-focused
