Store Manager (Hardware )

My client based in Armagh are expanding and opening a retail hardware shop on site . They are looking for a driven sales person to lead this new venture and manage the team.

Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

Manage all aspects of hardware from customer support to product knowledge

Monitor stock levels and purchases within budget

Inventory control

Manage store personnel including staff selection, training , mentoring and coaching employees

Oversee customer service

Handle customer complaints professionally

Plan in-store promotional events or displays.

Drive sales through your team ensure targets are met

Complete stock takes and audits

Confident when dealing with people issues.

Experience of working within Hardware

Commercial awareness

Excellent planning and leadership skills
