Staffline Ireland are currently recruiting for a Senior Ecommerce Executive on behalf of a leading FMCG company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Senior Ecommerce Executive should offer analytical and technical skills and be proficient in the use of online sales systems and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the E-commerce Manager to implement the overall online sales strategy.
• The administration of the company's websites from content uploading to order processing.
• Administration of 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay.
• Supporting the management of CRM system to deal with customer orders and queries.
• Use of analytical software to help create reports on the website's overall technical and sales performance.
• Implementation and building of campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Liaising with other departments to develop a holistic approach to increasing online sales.
• Implementation of SEO strategies.
• Implementation of email campaigns using marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Administration of Affiliate Network across multiple channels.
• Administration of distribution process using web-based order processing and fulfilment tools.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Evidence of successful SEO strategy implementation
• Working knowledge and experience of using CMS systems
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
• Experience within social media advertising
• Experience of online PPC ads
• Knowledge of Amazon and similar platforms.
• Proficiency of using Adobe software or alternatives.
• Proficiency of using Excel
