Scheduling Administrator | Dublin 12 | €35k
At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to take up a busy position with our client, a market leading company with offices in Dublin 12.
This permanent position requires an experienced and highly organised candidate with excellent customer service and administration skills.
Working as part of a collaborative team, the main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the department
- Manage databases and rostering systems
- Act as a key point of contact for field security personnel
- Provide support for existing and new customer accounts
- Handle general administration tasks, including typing and documentation
- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly reports
- Organise department scanning, filing, and archiving
Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an Operations or Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- Problem-solving skills to manage customer queries effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

This permanent position will offer a salary in the region of €35,000, depending on experience.
