Sales Support Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Order processing team ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and timely on to the system.
• Ensure any queries regarding orders are dealt with.
• Contacting customers to clarify order detail.
• Liaise with production, quality and customer services when necessary.
• Responding to emails and general admin regarding orders, marketing material etc.
• Dealing with production queries on special order requests.
• Working towards achieving the KPI's set.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• A minimum of 4 GCSE's Grade C or equivalent to include Maths and English
• Be enthusiastic and keen to develop new skills
• Working knowledge or experience of Microsoft packages would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided
• Good level of written and spoken English is essential for this customer facing role

The Sales Support Executive role will be based in County Tyrone.

Hours of Work

Mon-Thurs- 8.30am-5pm

Friday 8.30am - 2pm
