Job description
Role
- Taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Talking to customers about their current needs and reserving space on ships based in UK, Ireland and beyond
Criteria:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work closely within a team environment
Desirable:
- Outbound tele sales experience
- Experience within the transport/haulage industry would desirable
Hours of Work: · Mon-Fri 8 hour various shifts
1 in 6 weekends
Salary: 25k + on call and weekend allowance
