About the Role
We are currently recruiting an Administrator for a permanent position in Cavan. This role will provide essential support across sales, operations, and logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.
Please note: The salary for this role is paid in Euros.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support for sales, operations, and logistics.
· Perform general office duties, including record-keeping, filing, handling queries, and generating reports.
· Manage invoices, process purchase orders, and handle haulage receipting.
· Communicate with customers and external hauliers.
· Process sales orders using the AS400 system.
· Assist with reception duties as required.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage workloads effectively, maintain accurate records, and follow up on tasks.
· Full UK/Irish driving licence.
Desirable:
· Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage.
