Job description
Administrator required, Portadown
37.5hours a week (8am-5pm Mon - Fri)

Duties
- Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
- Ordering stock from suppliers to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels
- Chasing suppliers for overdue items
- Resolving issues where stock does not arrive as planned
- Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process
- Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
- Collating data for management reporting
- Administrative support to the supply chain team
- Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs
Criteria
- Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- 1 year's previous experience providing administration support
- Must have proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
- The applicant should be dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics
