Job description

Administrator required, Portadown

37.5hours a week (8am-5pm Mon - Fri)

£12ph

Duties

  • Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Ordering stock from suppliers to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels
  • Chasing suppliers for overdue items
  • Resolving issues where stock does not arrive as planned
  • Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process
  • Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
  • Collating data for management reporting
  • Administrative support to the supply chain team
  • Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs

Criteria

  • Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • 1 year's previous experience providing administration support
  • Must have proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
  • The applicant should be dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics
