📍 Locations: Louth | Cavan | Monaghan | Meath (with projects also across Dublin & Kildare)
💰 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who wants to take ownership of commercial and contractual aspects of road maintenance projects. You'll be involved in everything from tendering and procurement to subcontractor management and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
✔ Prepare accurate tenders, cost estimates, and budgets
✔ Manage procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers
✔ Monitor costs, profitability, and project risks
✔ Ensure full compliance with EHSQ and framework requirements
✔ Support invoicing with accurate data and reporting
✔ Identify tender opportunities and contribute to business growth

What We're Looking For
🔹 Experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management within civil engineering or maintenance
🔹 Knowledge of bituminous/tar surfacing works
🔹 Strong understanding of EHSQ compliance and public sector frameworks
🔹 Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
🔹 Strong communicator with the ability to manage key stakeholders
