Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of a leading estate agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound rental calls
• Cover inbound sales calls
• Calling rental enquiries
• Book in viewings for both sales and rentals
• Take inbound commercial calls
• Lease agreements for Commercial properties
• Commercial viewings
• Making brochures for branches when required
• Writing up Desktop Valuations
• Monitoring FixFlo for any issues across properties
• Liaising with Landlord tenants to close out maintenance issues
• Chasing arrears ensuring rent is paid on time
• Taking photos and preparing properties to go online for both sales and rentals
• Conducting rental viewings
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and updating them on Payprop / CRM / TDS
• Arranging for deposit returns at the end of tenancy
• Conducting property inspections
• Writing up and sending tenancy agreements
• Covering for Sales responsibilities when sales team are on annual leave / Sickness
• Rental valuations for new and existing landlords
• Writing references for any existing / previous tenants
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
• Be reliable, responsible and for exceeding expectations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy office environment
• Clean, current valid Driving Licence
