Location: Coalisland
Pay: £12.40 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

About the Role

We're recruiting a Press Brake Operative on behalf of a leading global manufacturing company based near Coalisland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and established organisation offering long-term career growth, excellent training, and competitive pay.

You'll play a key role in the Machine Shop team, operating and maintaining press brake machinery to bend and form steel components to precise engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form materials
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical documents
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish meet specifications
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling as required to maintain performance
  • Handle and position materials safely using cranes, forklifts, or manual techniques
  • Carry out routine maintenance and report any faults or issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and deadlines
  • Follow all health and safety standards at all times

About You

  • Proven experience operating press brake or metal fabrication machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
  • Understanding of fabrication and metal forming techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative
  • Strong team player with a proactive, safety-first mindset
