About the Role
Staffline is recruiting Factory / Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company in Enniskillen. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced industrial environment, best suited to those who can commit to 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manual handling, lifting, stacking and moving of products.
- Quality checking and meeting production targets.
- Keeping work areas safe, clean and organised.
- Supporting team members to maintain high output.
Requirements
- Ideally previous experience as a factory, production or manufacturing operative.
- Physically fit and able to manage 12-hour shifts.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
