Production Line Operative

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives to join our client's beef processing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced food production environment, with the possibility of permanent positions being offered for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing beef products accurately in line with production targets.

• Labelling products to meet customer and compliance requirements.

• Packing products efficiently and safely on the production line.

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production schedules.

• Following health & safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or food handling role is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to set targets.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a chilled food production environment.

• Reliable and flexible with a positive work ethic.
