Location: Castlebellingham, County Louth
Salary: €40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early procurement or purchasing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll support the sourcing and management of suppliers, help with day-to-day procurement activities, and play an active role in ensuring our organisation gets the best value from its supply base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with supplier sourcing and negotiations.
- Support the procurement team in managing contracts and purchase orders.
- Maintain supplier records and track performance.
- Work with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Contribute to identifying cost savings and process improvements.
About You
- Some experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing procurement function.
