Location: Dublin / Ireland Offices

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum (FTE) + 10% annual bonus (OTE approx. €50,000)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (flexible working arrangements available)

Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your HR expertise in a dynamic and growing organisation? Staffline Recruitment Ireland is hiring a People Partner (HR Advisor) to support our teams across the Republic of Ireland. This is a part-time role with flexibility, ideal for HR professionals who want to make an impact while maintaining a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for the ROI region, supporting managers with HR best practices and compliance.
  • Manage TUPE processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to employment legislation.
  • Oversee HRIS data to drive insights and support business decisions.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, formal processes, and employee relations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including training and action plans based on feedback surveys.
  • Support the recruitment team in retention strategies and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance, handling WRC claim responses and attending proceedings when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and a third-level business-related qualification (HR, Business, Law).
  • At least 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role, preferably in a client-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of ROI employment law and compliance.
  • Experience supporting TUPE and employee relations processes.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A full clean driving licence (regular travel required).
