Job description
My client, a regularity body, seeks to hire a Learning & Development Manager on a 12-month contract.
This role can be performed onsite in their HQ in County Mayo or remotely in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Helps the HR Manager create and follow the Learning and Development (L&D) plan that fits the company's goals.
- Communicate the L&D Strategy and Policy.
- Tracks and reports on L&D performance and metrics.
- Updates and manages training tools.
- Creates training plans for each job & for new hire inductions.
- Run training sessions and designs new programs.
- Manages the L&D budget and contracts.
- Helps improve the use of online learning tools.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 8 qualification in HR or L&D.
- At least 2 years of experience in L&D coordination and administration.
- Experience working with national organizations in L&D.
