PART QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT | BALLYCOOLIN/HYBRID | PERMANENT |
Our client, based in Ballycoolin are currently searching for an experienced Part Qualified Accountant to join their team on a one-year Maternity Leave contract. This opportunity has a Hybrid Working Model with the option of working from home two days a week based on business requirements.

THE ROLE|
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a central role within the finance team. The successful individual will take ownership of accounts preparation and support in the analysis of these.
ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL |
- Assist in the delivery of period end, meeting with Department Owners to discuss month end results. Drive the monthly analysis and reporting of discretionary spend and trends
- Posting and Reconciliation of accounts in a timely manner
- Monthly Intercompany Reconciliations
- Monitoring banking activities
- Coordinate bimonthly VAT, Intrastat and Vies returns
- Assist the wider Finance Team when required
- Assisting in coordination and delivery of financial projects
REQUIREMENTS|
- Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA OR fully qualified IATI
- Three years' experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience of period end accounts and intercompany reconciliation preparation
- Strong analytical mind with ability to work with data
