Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing Executive on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. As the company continues to expand their market presence, particularly in international markets like the USA, the Marketing Executive will help to drive the brand forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Leverage targeted content to grow our LinkedIn following and enhance online community interaction.
• Identify and recruit new B2B clients, secure exclusive partnerships, and generate initial sales.
• Lead content creation, copywriting, and graphic design for digital and print collateral, ensuring consistency with company's brand voice and messaging.
• Manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and nurture customer relationships.
• Maintain creative control over social media content, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to brand visibility and business growth through effective online and offline marketing strategies.
• Manage and enhance company's online reputation by actively monitoring and responding to Trustpilot and Google reviews. Implement strategies to improve customer feedback and overall ratings.
• Manage content on external B2B showcase platforms to enhance visibility and generate high-quality leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Excellent copywriting and graphic design skills.
• Experience in market research, client acquisition, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with WordPress for website management and email marketing platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to take full ownership of content and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

The Rewards

The successful Marketing Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.

Location

The Marketing Executive role will be based in Carrickfergus.
