Title: Production Operative

Location: Antrim

Hours of Work: Friday and Saturday 7am - 18.30pm and Sunday 7am - 4pm

Job Description:

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking Factory Operatives to join a well established team in Antrim, a leader in the manufacture and supply of MDF Mouldings. This position is pivotal in supporting the production and manufacturing processes, contributing to the creation of superior products and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery and tools within safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Assist in the packing and preparation of products for shipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisory team promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with others.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
